Since 2016, we've been creating beautiful custom cabinetry and countertops for families who want more than just cabinets; they want functional spaces where life happens.
In 2016, Joe and Beka Davis made a decision that would change everything. They packed up their lives in South Carolina and moved to Indiana with a dream: to build a business rooted in faith, integrity, and exceptional craftsmanship. They also wanted to become active members of the Hagerstown community.
What started as a small operation run from their home quickly grew into something bigger. By 2017, just one year later, Davis Cabinet & Design opened its first commercial showroom in Hagerstown. The vision was simple: create beautiful, functional spaces for families using premium materials, honest pricing, and service that feels personal.

As word spread and more families trusted Davis with their homes, the business continued to grow. In 2024, we opened a second showroom in Greenfield, allowing us to serve even more of Central Indiana with the same values and quality that started it all.

Joe Davis
Owner & Lead Designer
Joe is the heart behind Davis Cabinet & Design, and the reason every project gets his personal attention. With years of experience in design, sales, and construction, Joe has mastered the art of turning ideas into reality. From your first consultation to the final walk-through, Joe is hands-on with every detail. He believes that great design isn't just about beautiful cabinets, but it's about creating spaces that work for how you actually live. Whether it's custom kitchen cabinetry or a bathroom vanity, Joe's passion for craftsmanship and problem-solving shines through in every project. When he's not designing spaces, you'll find Joe with his family, active in the community, or probably planning the next big project at the showroom!

Ella Mull
Marketing & Design Specialist
Ella is the newest member of the Davis Cabinet & Design family. With a bachelor's in graphic design and a master's in emerging media design and development from Ball State University, Ella brings a fresh perspective and a passion for storytelling to the team. As the Marketing & Design Specialist, Ella manages everything from social media and marketing campaigns to diving into kitchen design projects. She's detail-oriented, loves planning, and has an eye for design that extends from digital screens to real-life spaces. Ella wants to share the stories behind every transformation. From the families, to the challenges, and the "after" moments that make this work so meaningful.
Beka Davis
Co-Owner & Operations Manager
If Joe is the creative force, Beka is the glue that holds everything together. She manages everything from client accounts and showroom operations to the day-to-day details that make your experience seamless. Beka is great at making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Whether it's coordinating schedules, managing budgets, or simply being there to answer your questions, Beka ensures that every client feels heard, valued, and taken care of. Her dedication to exceptional customer service and smooth operations means you can trust that your project is in excellent hands from start to finish. And if you visit the showroom, you'll likely meet Beka (and maybe a few energetic kids) who make Davis Cabinet & Design feel like family.

Ashlyn Irmler
Office Manager
Ashlyn is the friendly voice on the other end of the phone and the welcoming face you'll see when you walk into our Hagerstown showroom. As Office Manager, she keeps the day-to-day operations running smoothly. From opening and closing the showroom to making sure every detail is handled with care. Whether you're calling with questions, stopping by to browse samples, or ready to start your project, Ashlyn is there to help. You might occasionally spot her at our Greenfield location too, but Hagerstown is her home base. She's the one who makes sure your visit feels warm, organized, and stress-free from the moment you walk through the door.
